Hello! Thank you for taking the time to check out Eau Du Vin. I'm Lauren, the dreamer behind EDV. I am a Mom of 2 amazing young children. Our family of 4 calls Atlanta home, where Eau Du Vin was created (Est. 2022). I adore wine for myriad reasons.
When pulling a cork, I love how wine links history, travel, science and art. Wine creates a bridge to the past, capturing the essence of geography. This results in a journey of the senses. I fell in love with the idea that wine is the only way to 'travel' without getting on an airplane. Opening a bottle is transporting, allowing us to visit different wine regions, taste indigenous grape varieties and feel acquainted with distinctive terroir associated with a village's microclimate and geological influences. Sharing special wine with others creates memories that last a lifetime. Opening older vintage wines can feel like traveling in a time machine, revealing a wine's evolution over multiple decades.
Eau Du Vin was born with the idea that wine can be enjoyed outside of the glass, illuminating a new way to celebrate wine culture and feel transported into the rolling hills of wine country. The concept of Eau Du Vin occurred to me during my second pregnancy. I could not drink wine or scuba dive, 2 lifelong passions. By linking the romance of viticulture and terroir with sustainable natural ingredients, this resulted in a sophisticated line of home and body products that elevate daily hygiene rituals and resonate with both wine connoisseurs and eco-conscious minds alike. Turning the evolution of wine, dating back to around 300AD, with a modern approach gave a fun pulse to everyday household products. After launching in 2022, we have been featured in multiple national magazines sharing Eau Du Vin’s story with the world. Eau Du Vin products are available online and sold in numerous retail stores and wineries across the United States and Canada.Â
