Pinot Grigio

Crips, light and lovely, our Pinot Grigio boasts notes of honeysuckle, lemon zest, lime, apple, peach, pear, butter almond, subtle ginger, melon and wet gravel minerality. Our inspiration was to emulate famous wine producer Livio Felluga’s Pinot Grigio from Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy, with a rich undertone vibing those six months of fine lees contact.
